Sometimes, the hardest part of booking a holiday is deciding where to go. Now that you have agreed to the terms and pressed “BOOK NOW” all you need to do is sit back, relax and wait for the next steps!

Booking Confirmation

As soon as you make your booking online, you will get a booking confirmation overview. If you did not get this email, please check your junk email folder. Some email providers have very strict filters and can file away important emails; like your booking confirmation! If you still can’t find the email, it could be that you entered your email address incorrectly. If you think that this is the case, please write down the booking number that you will see on the screen and call Sunweb as soon as possible. The office is open Monday – Friday 08:30 to 17:00 and we can check the email address for you! If you do not have the confirmation screen open anymore, not to worry! If you call Sunweb, one of our customer agents will be able to find your booking by searching for your last time and the date.

Invoice

The invoice will be sent to your email address about an hour after you receive the Booking Confirmation email. The invoice will have all the information about the booking; please check this carefully. If you notice any mistakes, you can simply reply via the email address that the invoice was sent from (info@sunweb.co.uk). Please contact Sunweb as soon as you notice the mistake.

My Sunweb

As soon as you make a booking, you will get a link to create a password for your My Sunweb account. My Sunweb is important as you will be able to pay for your holiday and access all the important information about your holiday. end You will be able to view the following information via My Sunweb: * All versions of your invoice * Breakdown of price per person * Flight times * All payment information * Tickets and vouchers (10 days before your holiday)

Good to know

If you booked a holiday with flights, you can expect an e-mail 10 days before departure with instructions on how to check-in online via the easyJet website. However, if you want to check your EasyJet flights, you can use your PNR number to log on the EasyJet website. The PNR number is next to the list of names on the first page on the invoice.

Travel documents

Your tickets and vouchers will be emailed to you 10 days before your holiday. On that same day, they will be uploaded into My Sunweb so you will always be able to find them!   It is very important to check all the information on the tickets and vouchers – you will get all the information about where to collect your key. All relevant addresses will also be included on the travel documents to make sure that you know exactly where to go to collect your key, lift passes and ski equipment.  Please make sure that your passport is valid as you will need to bring this with you! If you require a Visa, you will need to arrange this independently.

Luggage

All flights are with EasyJet. This means that checked baggage is not included in the holiday price. Most people add this during the booking process, however, if you missed it please don’t panic! we can add it onto your booking up to two weeks before you depart!

Now it is time to pack those bags and head to the mountains to create some perfect holiday memories #creatingmemories
